6.17. Customer Collection
Customer collection should be minimised. When customer collection cannot be avoided, the same criteria for transportation equipment and haulier selection should be applied as when the supplier arranges transportation.The equipment should comply with the specifications indicated in the Appendices 5, 6 and 7.
